1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how VALC Apps ("VALC Apps," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the NovOrcam mobile application ("NovOrcam" or the "App").
NovOrcam is an Android automation and macro application that allows users to create, configure, manage, and run user-controlled automation workflows and related features on their devices.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed by the App, how that processing occurs, what information remains stored locally on the user's device, and when limited information may be processed by third-party services required to operate advertising, diagnostics, analytics, purchase verification, or security features.
2. The Most Important Thing About Your Private Content
Your personal automation content is designed to remain local to your device.
VALC Apps does not operate a cloud backup, cloud synchronization service, or online database for your user-created NovOrcam macros, automation sequences, screenshots, OCR text, or image-detection content.
As part of the normal operation of NovOrcam, VALC Apps does not collect, upload to VALC Apps servers, store on VALC Apps servers, or provide employees with ordinary access to:
- Macro names;
- Macro sequences and automation steps;
- Recorded tap or gesture sequences;
- Touch coordinates saved as part of user-created macros;
- User-created automation configurations;
- Screenshots or screen content captured or processed for automation;
- OCR-recognized text;
- Detect Image templates;
- User-selected images used for local automation;
- Locally stored schedules, chains, and other private automation data.
This content is intended to be stored and processed locally on your device for the functionality you choose to use. VALC Apps does not have an ordinary administrative dashboard or remote access mechanism that allows us to browse, view, or retrieve this locally stored private automation content.
3. Local Processing and Storage
NovOrcam stores many user-created macros, configurations, templates, preferences, and related automation data locally on the user's device.
Depending on the features you use, local data may include recorded macros, manual automation steps, advanced automation chains, schedules, image detection templates, feature preferences, and application settings.
These data are used to provide the core functionality of NovOrcam and are not uploaded to a VALC Apps cloud storage service because NovOrcam does not provide cloud synchronization or cloud backup for this user-created automation content.
Optional Run Logs and diagnostics are likewise stored locally on the device when the feature is enabled, subject to the App's retention and storage controls. Users may review, export, or delete those local logs using the available App controls.
4. Screenshots, Screen Content, Images, and OCR
Certain NovOrcam features may process screen content, screenshots, images, colors, or recognized text when the user intentionally enables and configures those features.
Screen-based processing is performed to provide the feature requested by the user, such as image detection, color detection, text recognition, or automation conditions.
Screen-based processing may also include the App's screen-snipping and SELECT AREA tools. These tools allow you to manually choose a specific on-screen region for local image detection or OCR processing. The selected region is used only to define what part of the screen the requested automation feature should process.
Users are responsible for selecting appropriate screen content. Do not intentionally select passwords, private messages, financial information, authentication codes, or other sensitive content unless necessary for a legitimate and authorized automation task.
VALC Apps does not receive or ordinarily have access to your screenshots, screen content, OCR text, or local image-detection templates. NovOrcam is not designed to automatically upload this private automation content to VALC Apps servers.
Because any screen may potentially contain personal or sensitive information, users should exercise caution when choosing what to capture, detect, import, or automate.
Images Selected by the User
Users may choose to import images for local automation features. Selected images may be copied into App-controlled local storage so that the requested feature can function. VALC Apps does not operate a cloud service for storing these images.
5. Accessibility Service
NovOrcam may use Android Accessibility Service functionality to provide user-requested automation features.
Depending on the feature and configuration selected by the user, Accessibility Service functionality may be used to observe relevant accessibility events, perform user-configured gestures or actions, and support automation workflows.
NovOrcam is not intended to use Accessibility Service access to secretly collect personal information or to upload private automation content to VALC Apps servers.
6. Firebase Analytics
NovOrcam may use Firebase Analytics to understand general App usage and improve features and performance.
Analytics events may include general feature usage or application interactions. NovOrcam does not intentionally send user-created macro names, macro sequences, screenshots, screen content, OCR text, or other locally stored private automation content to Firebase Analytics.
Firebase and Google services may independently process device, application, or usage-related information in accordance with their applicable privacy practices and service configurations.
7. Crash Reporting and Diagnostics
NovOrcam may use Firebase Crashlytics to help identify crashes, technical errors, and application stability issues.
Crash and diagnostic reporting may process technical information such as device characteristics, operating system information, application state, crash events, and information necessary to diagnose technical problems.
VALC Apps does not intentionally use Crashlytics as a service for collecting user-created macro sequences, screenshots, OCR text, or other private local automation content.
Run Logs and Diagnostics
NovOrcam may provide an optional Run Logs / Diagnostics feature for troubleshooting automation runs. Run Logging is designed to be user-controlled and may be turned on or off in the App. When enabled, the App may record local diagnostic events such as run start and end states, step boundaries, action types, timing information, detection-state transitions, and related technical details needed to understand an automation run.
Depending on the selected diagnostic detail level and the feature being run, detailed logs may include additional execution context, including variable or step information. These logs are stored locally on the device and are not intended to upload your private run-log contents to VALC Apps servers. Users should review any exported or shared diagnostic logs before sending them to another person because they may contain information about the user's automation configuration or execution context.
8. Advertising and Google AdMob
NovOrcam may display advertisements using Google Mobile Ads, including AdMob advertising services.
Advertising providers may collect or process information from the device or App in accordance with their own privacy practices and applicable law. Depending on location, device settings, consent choices, and applicable regulations, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.

9. Google Play Billing and Premium Purchases
NovOrcam may offer subscriptions, premium features, or one-time purchases through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed by Google through the user's Google Play account. VALC Apps does not directly process or store your full payment card information.
To validate premium access and protect against unauthorized entitlement use, NovOrcam may process limited purchase-related and verification information, such as product identifiers, purchase verification information, installation-related verification identifiers, entitlement status, expiration information, and verification timestamps.
10. Purchase Verification and Security
NovOrcam may use backend verification and security mechanisms to validate eligible purchases and premium entitlements.
Security records may include pseudonymous or hashed identifiers, product information, entitlement status, expiration information, and verification timestamps. These records are used for purchase validation, entitlement management, fraud prevention, and service security.
11. Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity
NovOrcam may use security mechanisms such as Firebase App Check and Google Play Integrity-related services to help protect backend services and purchase verification processes.
These services may process information necessary to assess request authenticity or application integrity and help prevent abuse, fraud, tampering, or unauthorized use.
12. Backup, Export, and Restore
NovOrcam may allow users to export supported macros, settings, templates, or other locally stored data to a location selected by the user.
Because NovOrcam does not provide cloud backup for this private automation content, exported files are controlled by the user and the storage location selected by the user.
Once a user exports a file outside App-controlled storage, its security and privacy may depend on the device, storage provider, cloud service, or other destination selected by the user. Users are responsible for protecting exported backups.

Where applicable law requires additional notices, safeguards, consent, or privacy rights, we will seek to apply appropriate measures to the relevant processing activities.
16. Data Retention and Deletion
User-created macros, sequences, templates, screenshots or other local automation content remain under the user's local device storage and may remain there until deleted by the user, removed through App functionality, or removed when App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled, subject to Android and device storage behavior.
Server-side purchase verification and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain entitlements, prevent fraud, maintain security, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Analytics, advertising, crash diagnostics, and payment-related information may be retained according to the applicable third-party provider's policies and configurations.
Deleting local App data does not necessarily delete information independently retained by Google Play or other third-party services.
17. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through NovOrcam.
Security measures may include platform security mechanisms, restricted backend access, verification procedures, hashing or pseudonymous identifiers where appropriate, and safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access or misuse.
